Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the supplier and typically range from 7–20 business days after processing.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Order Issues

While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we are committed to making sure you receive your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mahjongparties@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement at our discretion.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us so we can investigate with the supplier.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not issued except in cases of items that are damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.
